Sam Dennigan and Company handle the widest possible range of Vegetables. Root Crops (Carrots, Parsnips and Swedes), Brassicas (Cauliflower, Cabbage and Broccoli), Salad Vegetables (Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Lettuce and Peppers), Bulb Crops (Onions and Shallots) to the more exotic are available to the highest quality specification. It is Company policy to source Irish where possible, and the Company has built strong trading relationships with Ireland's leading vegetable producers. Nevertheless, continuity of supply is an essential ingredient in the fresh produce business, and when Irish produce is unavailable, the Company can source where necessary. Again, through the Spanish office our highly trained personnel, working closely with leading Spanish producers can dispatch the highest quality lettuce, broccoli, onions, cauliflower and cabbage. The company works with leading suppliers in Holland to source salad vegetables, onions, carrots and more exotic vegetables.
Outside Europe, the Company sources onions directly from Chile, New Zealand, Argentina and China. Beans, mangetout and peas are sourced directly from Kenya. Scallions are air - freighted from Mexico to Dublin Airport, again which is located only minutes from the Company's CDC.

All the Company's international suppliers are Eurepgap accredited, and the Company's CDC at Oldtown is BRC (British Retail Consortium) accredited.
